One of the smaller states in the union, Delaware is possibly referred to more for its beaches than its casinos. Bordering the Atlantic Ocean, Dover is the state capital of Delaware and the population of this miniature state is about 783,600, according to the United States Census. It adjoins New Jersey, Maryland along with Pennsylvania and measures
