Don’t Drink … Gamble!

If you like to have a drink every so often, leave your cash at home if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Empty your pocketbook, your wallet, and leave all cash, charge cards and chequebooks out of the casino. Only take whatever cash you intend to spend on drinks, tips and whatever pocket change you expect to throw away and keep the rest behind.

Contemptuous? Absolutely not. Realistic more like. You could experience a success after a inebriated evening out with your compatriots and be lucky sufficiently to hit a 25 minute toss at a smokin craps game. Keep that story because it is as short-lived as it gets if you always consume alcohol and bet. These activities simply do not go well together.

Keeping your money back at the hotel is a little dramatic, but preventative measures for excessive behavior is necessary. If you gamble to profit, then don’t drink and gamble. If you are able to afford to burn your cash without a worry, then drink all the no charge beer your stomach are able to handle, but don’t take credit cards and checks to toss into the mix of going after squanderings after your dead drunk brain loses everything!

Allow me to carry this one step more. Don’t consume alcohol and then hop on the web to gamble in your favorite internet casino either. I love to beer from the coziness of my abode, but because I am linked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards near by, I can not consume alcohol and gamble.

Why? Although I don’t drink alcohol a lot, when I drink, it’s clearly sufficient to cloud my better judgment. I bet, so I do not drink when betting. If you are more of a drinker, don’t bet when you do. Both create an awful, and expensive, drink.
